Stella Blu Apartments

It is a tiny, cute, antique and ergonomic house in the city center (Paspatur). The building has been newly restored and everything has been renewed. The building is located 50 meters from the main street (Çarşı Street) and 26 steps from the foot of the mountain. There are 2 1+1 apartments. The apartment on the lower floor (No:16) can accommodate 2 people (1 double bed). The apartment on the upper floor (16A) can accommodate 3 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed). The apartments are furnished in detail to provide a home environment. The lower floor is 35m2 and the upper floor is 40m2. There is one balcony in each apartment. The area is a neighborhood where local people live. You can catch an environment that will meet all your needs within 50 - 250 meters. The apartments are reserved daily, weekly and more. The building has a tourism operation certificate. Rental prices vary seasonally, depending on the month and the number of days to stay. Prices include electricity / water / internet.

Absolutely no pets are allowed in the apartments. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. There is no private parking space for the apartment.

Stella Classic Apartments;

There are 2+1 and 1+1 fully furnished apartments in the Stella Classic Apartment building. A maximum of 5 people can stay in 2+1 apartments and 4 people can stay in 1+1 apartments. There are 2 bathrooms / toilets / 1 double bed / 2 single beds / 1 sofa bed and 3 balconies in 2+1 apartments. The apartments are furnished in detail to meet your daily needs. Calis beach is 100 meters. There is an outdoor swimming pool. MİGROS, Cafes, Restaurants and Dolmus stops are around 200 meters. The apartments are rented fully furnished for long-term. The rental method is given as Summer - Winter for a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of one year. Monthly rental prices may vary depending on the summer and winter months or months. Tenant expenses such as electricity, water and gas are discussed and agreed upon during the rental period. A mutual rental contract is made and rental fees are deposited into the bank IBAN. A deposit is also taken.

Pets are strictly not allowed in the apartments and in the garden. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and smoking is allowed on the balconies. There is no private parking lot belonging to the building.
